No context switch
One shortcut works from Figma, Xcode, Slack, or any app. No Dock icon, no new browser tab — just a popover from your menubar.
Lives in your menubar · ⌥⇧Space from any app
Press a shortcut from any app. Type the task, set the fields, hit ⌘⏎. Back to work in seconds.
This is the actual app, rebuilt in your browser — click around, it all works.
One shortcut works from Figma, Xcode, Slack, or any app. No Dock icon, no new browser tab — just a popover from your menubar.
Status, assignee, custom fields, and attachments go in on create — not in a follow-up comment three hours later.
Create tab for capture. Tasks tab for triage. One menubar icon covers both.
Capture
Open the task window from the menubar without leaving Figma, Xcode, or Slack. Pick a list, fill in the fields, and write a description — the same ones your team already uses in ClickUp.
This is the real UI — press Autoplay or click the menubar icon and try it.
Bulk create
Switch the task window to bulk mode. Type one task per line, and every line shares the same list and fields you set once.
One shortcut, ten tasks, zero repeated fields — type a few lines yourself.
Templates
Save a template with your list, status, priority, tags, and custom fields. Switch templates in one click, fill in just what's different this time, and everything else carries over automatically.
Set it up once. Every new task starts pre-filled — pick a template from the chip.
Screen Recording
Hit record — screen, facecam, and voice, just like Loom. Stop recording, and it's already attached to the task. No separate app, no re-uploading, no extra work.
This is the real UI — press Autoplay or hit the record button and try it.
Storage
Screenshots and screen recordings eat through ClickUp's storage fast. Send them to Cloudinary, Cloudflare R2, or Google Drive instead — ClickUpBar uploads there first and adds a link to the task. No more limits, no more cleanup.
External providers upload files before task creation and insert viewable links into the task description. ClickUp stores files as native attachments.
No limits. No cleanup. Just a link on the task — switch providers in Settings.
Tasks
See what's overdue, due today, and later — all from the menubar. Search across your tasks, copy a Git branch name, update the status, or mark it complete, without opening ClickUp.
Overdue, due today, and later — search, snooze, and complete tasks right here.
